You may see where we are on Glasnevin Avenue, close to The Autobahn pub and the Circle K Autobahn service station and shops. Our address is mid-way on the main road from Finglas to Whitehall. If you travel a distance you may leave the M50 at Junction 4 (near IKEA) or Junction 5 (near Charlestown Shopping Centre). Collins Avenue continues on to Glasnevin Avenue. DCU is a short, 3 mins walk to us. If you click on the 'Directions' link you may get directions from your location or address to ours! Try it out! :)
Collins Avenue is a neighbourhood of Dublin, Ireland. It is a straight road of mostly residential units with shopping strips at Killester and Whitehall. While primarily residential, Collins Avenue is also home to Dublin City University and The Helix concert venue.
Collins Avenue continues from East to West to Collins Avenue Extension and on to Glasnevin Avenue.
The R103 road is a regional road in north Dublin, Ireland, passing through Finglas, between Ballymun and Glasnevin, then passing Donnycarney before reaching Killester at the Howth Road. Collins Avenue is a major stretch of the R103 road.
The official description of the R103 from the Roads Act 1993 (Classification of Regional Roads) Order 2012[1] reads: Between its junction with R102 at Tolka Valley Road and its junction with R105 at Howth Road via Cardiffsbridge Road, Mellowes Road, Seamus Ennis Road, Ballygall Road West, Glasnevin Avenue, Collins Avenue Extension, Collins Avenue West, Collins Avenue and Collins Avenue East all in the city of Dublin.
